After late nights and long debates, controversy and agreement, the 2019 Iowa Legislature has adjourned for the year.  They will not come back together until next year, on Monday, January 13, 2020.  That's just before the Iowa caucuses!  

This may sound crazy, but now is the time to start getting ready for next year.  Think about what you might want to happen next year, because the summer and fall are great times to have those conversations with your elected officials.  We'll talk more about that this summer, but it's a good time to get outside, enjoy the warmer weather, and start putting together your advocacy plan.
