Governor Announces 2019 Priorities, Releases Budget Recommendations

Governor Reynolds delivered her "Condition of the State" address today and specifically called for sustainable funding for the adult mental health and disability services system, and the creation of a new mental health system for children. You can read her speech here.  

You can also review the Governor's budget recommendations, which include $72 million for Medicaid (of which $11 million funds complex needs services for Medicaid members).  No funds for regional complex needs were added (for those that are not eligible for Medicaid).  You can see these budget documents below:
