IVRS Announces Resources for Job Training

Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) continues to provide employment services to job candidates with disabilities and continues to work with business partners. IVRS has provided resources to clients regarding unemployment, food assistance, Iowa business recovery assistance, and the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Transition services are continuing for graduating high school students as they prepare to become job candidates, and virtual meetings are being provided for students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Starting in June, the IVRS Virtual Pre-Employment Transition Services Summer Program will provide virtual activities with each week focusing on a different business sector.
